Philly Cheesesteak Hashbrowns

  • Author: Garianne Gagliardi

Ingredients

Scale
  • frozen rectangular hashbrowns
  • ribeye steak, sliced thinly
  • 1 green pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced thinly
  • salt + pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 slices white American cheese

Instructions

Bake hash browns according to back of packaging. While waiting for the hash browns to get crispy cook your onions + peppers over medium heat until translucent. Add salt + pepper to taste. Once done remove and set aside. Add steak to that same pan (you can buy frozen Philly steak in the store if you don’t want to cook a whole ribeye) and add the worsestershire sauce – once done remove from pan and set aside. Take hash browns out of the oven and begin layering on the ingredients:

1.  steak

2. peppers & onions

3. american cheese

Bake at 350 until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly. Remove and enjoy!
