This banana ice cream pudding dessert is creamy, fluffy and so delicious!
- 1/2 container vanilla Ice Cream
- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix 1 small box
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 28 Nilla Wafers cookies, 1 box
- 4 medium bananas
- 1 container cool whip
- cinnamon for topping
In the bowl of an electric mixer, blend pudding mix and ice cream – let chill in the freezer for at least an hour.
After the mixture has chilled and is somewhat firm, beat cold whipping cream in the bowl of an electric mixer until the cream is fluffy.
Begin assembly by adding pudding, cookies, and a few slices of banana. Repeat. Add a third layer if possible (depending on your dishes). Chill assembled desserts at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours. Shortly before serving, add cool whip + cinnamon or an extra garnish of a few broken cookies and a slice of banana if you want!
