Description

This banana ice cream pudding dessert is creamy, fluffy and so delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 container vanilla Ice Cream
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix 1 small box
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 28 Nilla Wafers cookies, 1 box
  • 4 medium bananas
  • 1 container cool whip
  • cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer, blend pudding mix and ice cream – let chill in the freezer for at least an hour.
  • After the mixture has chilled and is somewhat firm, beat cold whipping cream in the bowl of an electric mixer until the cream is fluffy.
  • Begin assembly by adding pudding, cookies, and a few slices of banana. Repeat. Add a third layer if possible (depending on your dishes). Chill assembled desserts at least 30 minutes or up to 6 hours. Shortly before serving, add cool whip + cinnamon or an extra garnish of a few broken cookies and a slice of banana if you want!
