Ingredients
Scale
- one package of salami rounds
- mini mozz balls
- artichokes, chopped
- roasted red peppers, chopped
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- preheat oven 350f
- place each individual salami round in each muffin pocket – press down using a shot glass
- bake for about 10 minutes
- remove from oven and let cool for it to hold it’s shape
- add a tbsp of filling to each salami cup and serve immediately
- enjoy!
