Baked Salami Bites

  • one package of salami rounds
  • mini mozz balls
  • artichokes, chopped
  • roasted red peppers, chopped
  • Italian seasoning


  1. preheat oven 350f
  2. place each individual salami round in each muffin pocket – press down using a shot glass
  3. bake for about 10 minutes
  4. remove from oven and let cool for it to hold it’s shape
  5. add a tbsp of filling to each salami cup and serve immediately
  6. enjoy!
