egg wash: 1 large egg beaten with 1 tbsp milk
and coarse sugar sprinkled on top!
Filling:
1 and 1/2 cups sliced peaches
1 and 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
