Easy Fudge Boxes

  • Author: Garianne Gagliardi

Description

Cookie boxes are great, but fudge boxes are easier! I made two batches of my easy fudge recipe with 4 different topping pairings and it filled 16-18 boxes: BIG win for someone with minimal time on their hands.

Ingredients

Scale

1 can sweetened condensed milk OR coconut sweetened condensed milk

120z chocolate chips

2 chocolate bars

1/3 cup peanut butter (sub in other butters for allergens – like sunflower)

1.5 tbsp instant coffee

Topping pairs:

S’mores: graham crackers + mini marshmallows

Salted Caramel: nut mixture, pretzels, drizzled caramel, pinch of salt

Pistachio & Berry: pistachios and dried cranberries + blueberries

Peppermint: candy cane + Christmas spirnkles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat add sweetened condenses milk, peanut butter and instant coffee. Stir until well combined.

2. In a bowl place chocolate bars (broken into pieces) and chocolate morsels. Pour hot mixture over top of chocolate and let sit for a minute or two. Mix until all chocolate is melted.

3. Transfer to dish lined with parchment paper. Keep in mind the thickness of your fudge when picking a size! I typically go for 8×8. Flatten fudge until even and place toppings. Put in fridge for at least an hour before removing to cut.

enjoy!
