Description
Fresh, garlicky chimichurri sauce is a wonderful marinade for numerous reasons, but my two favorite ways to utilize it:
1. makes as a killer dipping sauce
2. and of course there is no better steak-topper…
Ingredients
* 1 small shallot, cut into wedges
* ¾ cup parsley leaves
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1 tbsp oregano
* 1½ tsp kosher salt
* 1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
* ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
* ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
Blend together in food processor or blender. Enjoy!
