The perfect dessert to me will always consist of two things: chocolate & raspberries. The flakey outside and gooey middle of these Raspberry Nutella Pinwheels are a dream.
Raspberry Nutella Pinwheels:
• 1 package puff pastry
• cinnamon sugar
flour surface and layout your puff pastry. spread Nutella evenly across puff pastry, then scatter halved raspberries. gently roll-up and use butchers twine to cut into pinwheels. lather with butter + sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake at 350F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Finish off with powdered sugar before serving – enjoy!
