Dry:
1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Wet:
15oz pumpkin purée
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Filling:
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Mix dry and wet separately the combine. Do not over mix! Scoop 1/4 cup batter into muffin pockets lined or greased. Pipe in the middle your cream cheese filling and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes!
