• 6 or more depending on your size dish – precooked frozen hash brown patties (thawing is not necessary)
• 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 cup cooked sausage
• 1/2 cup spinach
• 8 large eggs or more if you want a thicker egg layer
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350f and grease your baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and garlic powder – set aside. Arrange frozen hash brown patties in the dish, in a single layer, and pour egg mixture evenly over top. Sprinkle on the sausage, spinach and cheese then cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes (or more depending on size you use. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes, then cut into portions and serve or store in fridge in airtight container for up to 5 days!
