Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

5 precooked frozen hash brown patties
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cups chopped ham
1/2 cup spinach , diced
6 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
salt + pepper to taste
garlic powder


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350f. Grease a 9×13 baking dish. Arrange frozen hash brown patties in the dish, in a single layer, and sprinkle the cheeses, ham, and evenly pour egg mixture over top with chopped spinach. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes or until the edges are golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
