Pumpkin Pizza Bombs

Happy October! Happy 1st day of my Halloween Series!

I have so much in store for the month of October. So excited to share all the fun recipes and crafts I’ve been working on. Starting off with these adorable Pumpkin Pizzas.


Ingredients

Scale

1 can pizza dough sheet
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced black olives
melted butter
Italian seasoning
marinara sauce


Instructions

In a bowl combine cheese, pepperoni and olives. Set aside. Roll out sheet dough and slice into 6 portions. Flatten with hands or rolling pins enough so you can fit filling. Scoop your filling into the center of each flattened dough – I used a small cookie scoop here – then pull up the sides of your dough and pinch at the top! Cut butchers twine to tie around the pizza balls. I used 3/4 for each. Make sure the seam side of the dough ball is facing down. Brush herbed butter on top and bake at 400f for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and remove butcher string. Place pretzel stick down the middle to resemble the stem. Have marinara sauce on the side for dipping!
