Easy Oven Baked Chuck Roast

for the perfect, mouthwatering, pull-apart chuck rust



1 boneless beef chuck roast, about 34 lbs

salt, generously

pepper, generously


preheat your oven to 325F. season the roast generously on both sides with salt and pepper.

add to a baking dish, cover and bake for 1 hour per pound.

remove the roast from the oven and pull apart using two forks. leave uncovered and transfer back into the oven for another 20 minutes to get a caramelized, crispy finish on the meat.
