Pizza Pasta Salad

1 box of tri-colored veggie pasta
• 1/ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
• 1/2 cup pepperoni, cubed
• salt + pepper to taste

•1.5 tbsp olive oil
•1.5 tbsp white vinegar
•2 tsp dried oregano
•1 tsp garlic powder


Make dressing and set aside. Cook pasta as instructed on the back of the box – you can use whatever you like! I love using veggie tri-colored pasta to get in more vegetables. Add all ingredients to a large boll and toss. Pour dressing over top and toss again. Store in fridge with air tight container for up to a week. Enjoy.
