Parmesan Crusted Potatoes

Forever making my potatoes this way. These are a MUST try.



•Small golden potatoes
•Butter or olive oil
•Chili flakes
•Garlic powder
•Italian seasoning


1. Wash the potatoes and boil it in salted water for 10 minutes.
2. Halve the potatoes
3. Mix butter, parmesan, salt + pepper, garlic powder, chili flakes, Italian seasoning and olive oil together. Transfer into an oven safe dish and spread evenly.
4. Put the potatoes open-end on top of the evenly spread mixture. Brush with butter and sprinkle more parmesan cheese.
5. Bake at 420F for 30 minutes.
