Mummy Jalapeño Poppers

Mummy Jalapeño Poppers! Perfect for hosting a halloween party or lil’ Sunday football get-together


* ½ cup cream cheese
* ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
* 12 slices bacon, baked and chopped finely
* 12 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
* Sheet dough from the store
* Edible eyeballs


Preheat oven 400F. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese and chopped bacon in a bowl. You can make the bacon ahead of time and store in fridge for when ready to use. Slice your jalapeños and stuff them full with the cheese mixture. Lay out your sheet dough and cut into thin strips! Wrap each jalapeño with the dough strips to make it look like a mummy. Egg wash, pop them in the oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown. Lastly add your edible eyes and enjoy!
