Meal Prep Instant Noodles

These healthy homemade instant noodles are an easy and delicious vegetarian lunch idea. You prep them in jars the night before and just add hot water the next day!




vegetable bouillon cubes, halved (half per container)
1 tbsp miso paste
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
2 cups chopped snap peas
1 carrot shredded
1 cup red cabbage thinly sliced
2 green onions sliced
pinch chopped cilantro
2 packages ramen noodles seasoning


Add ingredients to jar in order. Seal with lid and place in the fridge. When ready to eat add boiling water – cover for 5 minutes – stir – enjoy! So easy and tasty✨
