Scale
Base:
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups full fat coconut milk
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Crunchy Coating:
- handful vanilla wafers
- handful freeze dried strawberries
Instructions
blend popsicle ingredients together and transfer to popsicle mold. Let freeze overnight. Remove from molds next day and roll in the crunchy coating (blend those ingredients in a food processor or blender – whatever you have on hand) until fully coated
