Healthy S’mores Parfait Cups

What you need:
* food processor/blender (I love @smeg)
* jars with airtight lids (I use @weck tulip sized jars)



Layer Ingredients:
* graham crackers, blended
* 1 cup whipped cream + 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt
* 2 ripe avocados, 1/4 cup regular cocoa powder, 1/4 cup melted chocolate chips, 3 tbsp milk of choice, 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 cup pure maple syrup


Layer your graham cracker crumble as the base first. Next add a heaping scoop of the avocado chocolate mousse and then finish off with your fluffy “marshmallow” layer with an extra sprinkle of graham cracker + chocolate square. Easy, healthy and DELICIOUS.
