Ingredients

- 8–10 tomato
- 2 cups potatos
- 2–4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350º F.
- Add all your ingredients to a baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then increase the oven temperature to 400º F and bake until all the vegetables are nice and soft.
- Remove your vegetables from the oven and lightly smash them.
- Top them on your favorite bread or cracker with some basil and mozzarella cheese.
