Get cozy on the couch with a slice of this dreamy cinnamon pumpkin loaf. It didn’t even last a day in our house!


Cinnamon Pumpkin Loaf:
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup pumpkin butter
3/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp pumpkin spice
Pinch salt
Cinnamon sugar mixture


Preheat the oven to 350F. Butter bread pans and line with parchment paper. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the pumpkin butter, pumpkin, melted butter, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until combined. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt, mix until combined. Divide half the batter evenly between the prepared bread pans. Sprinkle evenly the cinnamon sugar mixture over the tops of the batter. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove the bread and let cool, or enjoy warm with extra butter or honey.
