Chopped Salad Pizza

Putting a healthy spin on your Super Bowl appetizers! This is one of those recipes where I just tell you what to put in it and you decide on the amount! You can’t go wrong with measurements here… get after it!


Chopped Salad Pizza:
* @atoriasfamilybakery flatbread is perfect for this recipe – makes for the crispiest base!
* romaine lettuce
* cherry tomatoes
* salami
* pepperoncini
* olives, I’d recommend black or kalamata
* mozzarella cheese
* chickpeas, roasted
* olive oil
* parmesan cheese

* 1/2 cup oil
* 1 tbsp white vinegar
* 1/2 tbsp salt
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* 1 clove garlic


Roast chickpeas for about 10 minutes in air fryer or until crispy. Set aside. Bake the flatbread in your oven for about 5 minutes at 350f. This will vary depending on the type of oven you have so keep an eye on it and remove once crispy. Blend together your Italian dressing ingredients then toss into your salad! Before transferring on top of flatbread – drizzle olive oil & parm cheese for extra flavor on the base. Then add your dressed salad + roasted chickpeas and enjoy!
