Chopped Fall Salad

  • 2 romaine hearts, washed & chopped
  • 23 apples, washed & chopped
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled & chopped: toss in olive oil, salt/pepper, cinnamon and air fry for 20 minutes on 375f – makes the salad!
  • 1/2 large red onion, chopped or sliced
  • 1 small bag halved walnuts
  • 1 small bag dried cranberries
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, for seasoning I used salt/pepper/Italian seasoning
  • creamy poppyseed dressing


  1. Bring all ingredients together in a bowl and toss! 
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
