- 2 romaine hearts, washed & chopped
- 2–3 apples, washed & chopped
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled & chopped: toss in olive oil, salt/pepper, cinnamon and air fry for 20 minutes on 375f – makes the salad!
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped or sliced
- 1 small bag halved walnuts
- 1 small bag dried cranberries
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, for seasoning I used salt/pepper/Italian seasoning
- creamy poppyseed dressing
- Bring all ingredients together in a bowl and toss!
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
