We don’t own an apple corer, but this hole saw drill works just fine every year haha. Anyways, this recipe is forever one of my favorite apple/fall recipes I’ve created over the years. The first time I shared it looked a little different because it was in bark form! You can still find it pinned on my reels section
Ingredients
* 8 oz Chocolate Chips
* 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
* Green Granny Smith Apples
* For toppings: pretzels, nuts, flaky sea salt
* Caramel Sauce or whipped honey, drizzled
Instructions
- Slice apples about an 1/2 inch thick with skin on
- dip in chocolate – remove excess
- place on baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper
- sprinkle on your favorite toppings & drizzle the caramel or honey
- Pop in the fridge and eat throughout the week!
- Will last for up to 4 days in air tight container in the fridge
