- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup nut milk
- mini chocolate chips
- almonds, sliced
- walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350ºF.
- Mix all of your ingredients to create an oatmeal batter.
- Transfer the oatmeal batter to a baking dish and pop it in the oven for 20ish minutes. The smaller the dish the longer it’ll need to bake!
- Remove and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
