Chocolate Chip Walnut Oatmeal Bars

  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • mini chocolate chips
  • almonds, sliced
  • walnuts, chopped


  1. Preheat oven 350ºF. 
  2. Mix all of your ingredients to create an oatmeal batter.
  3. Transfer the oatmeal batter to a baking dish and pop it in the oven for 20ish minutes. The smaller the dish the longer it’ll need to bake! 
  4. Remove and enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
