Description
Details: for the brown butter I melt together 1/2 stick of butter with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Next I use a pastry brush to lather a cast iron and the peaches. Once the peaches are soft and have grill marks along the base I remove and fill the pockets of the peaches with vanilla ice cream. Finish with a drizzle of the brown butter and enjoy!
