  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk use more if you like a thinner waffle
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pumpkin spice yogurt, honey and cinnamon for topping


  • mix all ingredients together thoroughly except for toppings
  • Transfer to greased waffle maker
  • Once done remove and top with whatever you like!
