
Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, solid
- 1 + 1/4 cup pure sugar cane
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup creamy coconut milk
- 1/4 cup banana, mashed
- 2 + 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375F and line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Mix all ingredients together until fully incorporated
- Chill dough in the fridge for 20 minutes
- Remove from the fridge and use a cookie scoop to place dough on baking sheet
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
