5 Ingredient Breakfast Bars

An easy way to make breakfast for the whole family or to store in the fridge as an easy grab & go breakfast throughout the week

  • 4 cups Gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter or almond / cashew
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven 350F
  • Line 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, placing the chocolate chips to the side
  • Transfer mix to baking dish and form it to the base so its flat and even across the top
  • Spread the chocolate chips across the top and pop into the oven for 17 minutes
  • Remove and serve immediately or store in air tight container for up to a week!
