Peanut Butter Chocolate Breakfast Bars

5 Ingredient Breakfast Bars
An easy way to make breakfast for the whole family or to store in the fridge as an easy grab & go breakfast throughout the week
Ingredients
- 4 cups Gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter or almond / cashew
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350F
- Line 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, placing the chocolate chips to the side
- Transfer mix to baking dish and form it to the base so its flat and even across the top
- Spread the chocolate chips across the top and pop into the oven for 17 minutes
- Remove and serve immediately or store in air tight container for up to a week!
