The easiest, creamiest pasta and so versatile!
- 1 bag pasta any pasta will work!
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter or ghee
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups beef stock Or chicken, vegetable, bone
- salt + pepper
- ground beef
- Cook pasta according to the back of the package and set aside
- Melt butter in skillet – whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute
- Gradually whisk in stock – constantly whisking until slightly thickened (this will take anywhere between 5-10 minutes)
- Once at your desired thickness, add in pasta and whatever other add-ins you like!
