- preheat oven to 245º F
- core and then slice your apples, thinly
- coat both sides of your apple rings in a cinnamon and sugar mixture
- line a baking sheet with an oven-safe dehydration rack – place apple rings on the rack. all excess liquid will drip down to help dehydrate the apple rings faster.
- let sit in the oven for about 2 hours
- enjoy! i store mine in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
