
Pumpkin Spice Latte
PSL in mug cake form!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Frosting
- 1/4 cup cream cheese or vanilla frosting I used simple mills
- 1 tsp pumpkin purée
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly besides topping
- Transfer to microwave/oven safe dish – place in the oven at 350F for 25 minutes OR in the microwave for about 2 minutes
- While waiting make your frosting
- Remove and top! Enjoy
