If you guys have been following me for a while, then you already know that my morning coffee is the most religious experience. It is, hands down, one of my favorite parts of the day, and I refuse to sacrifice in this area of my life. I typically load up my morning coffee with whatever I’m craving, and although I always try to sub-in cleaner ingredients that doesn’t mean I’m constantly worrying about calories or sugar in-take. It’s a simple moment that I cherish and If I can make it “healthier” and it still tastes incredibly indulgent – then great!
With that being said, I believe I perfected this Iced Oat Milk Latte. It’s the perfect balance of sweet where you don’t lose the coffee flavor and oh-so creamy. Oat milk is my absolute favorite plant-based milk to use in coffee. Why? It has such a lovely consistency to it and leaves no nutty flavor when it’s steamed or frothed. Here’s the details!
