
Cranberry Orange Waffle
Immune boosting waffle – easy to make and absolutely delicious
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup all-purpose flour or you can sub in all-purpose gluten free flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup blueberries + dried cranberries
- orange zest
- a squeeze of fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly and fold in the blueberries, cranberries and orange zest + juice last
- Transfer to heated and greased waffle iron
- Once done, remove and top with vanilla greek yogurt and more zest
- Enjoy!
