Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbsp all purpose gluten free flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • dash vanilla extract
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2.5 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp plant based milk

Cinnamon Swirl Mixture

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil Add until it forms a liquid texture

Glaze

  • powdered sugar
  • Creamy oat milk

Instructions
 

  • make dough – it should be a dough like texture that you can roll into a ball
  • Press lightly down onto heated and greased waffle iron, then quickly drizzle on cinnamon swirl mixture. Close waffle iron.
  • Once done, remove and top with glaze! Enjoy!

  • 1 cup rolled oats, blended you can sub gluten free
  • 1/2 large banana, mashed
  • 1 cup Plant-based milk start with 1/2 cup and add more if you desire
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • chia seeds
  • cinnamon
  • rainbow sprinkles I use Watkins which is free of artificial dyes
  • maple syrup for topping or you can add it to the batter

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly folding in the sprinkles last
  • Heat waffle iron and spray with coconut oil
  • Use a small cookie scoop to place batter in each waffle iron section
  • Press down the top and let cook until the light turns green – if your waffle iron does not have a light indicator just check periodically until mini waffles look golden brown
  • Remove and top with sprinkles or whatever you like!
