  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp oat milk or whatever milk you like
  • 1/2 Tbsp sugar in the raw
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Cup flour
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 Tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix together wet and dry separately then bring together.
  • Lastly fold in chocolate chips
  • place mug cakes in the microwave for 1 minute (if you use two mugs – if you use one mug cook for 2 minutes)

Instructions
 

  • Juice half of the orange and slice the other half to place inside the pitcher. Do the same with the lemon.
  • Now cube your dragon fruit and place into the pitcher
  • Add ice, drizzle honey and lastly pour the seltzer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2-3 tbsp dry ground coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp brewed black coffee
  • 2.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chunks or chips

Instructions
 

  • Cream together the butter and sugars until smooth
  • Add in the eggs, ground coffee, vanilla and brewed coffee – mix until smooth
  • Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  • Lastly add in the chocolate chips
  • Scoop out balls of dough using a cookie scooper. Drop the cookie balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Pop into the fridge for at least 20 minutes while waiting for oven to heat to 350F
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown – enjoy!

Mix-Ins

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for Mix-ins to the blender. Blend on high until smooth!
  • Fold in carrots, walnuts and raisins
  • Coat your pan or griddle with butter – once pan is hot add batter to the pan (whatever size you want!)
  • Cook both sides for about 2-4 minutes
  • Remove and top with cream cheese frosting or for a healthier alternative vanilla greek yogurt!

Ingredients
  

For Loaf

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or your milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp almond extract
  • Zest from one whole lemon
  • 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour I used bobs red mill and haven’t tried this with any other flours
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp xantham gum omit if it’s included in your flour

For Glaze

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream use the hard part of the coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven 350F and and grease loaf tin or line with parchment paper
  • In a large bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients until thoroughly combined
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients
  • Now fold them both together and pour into loaf pan
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean
  • While loaf bakes, prepare the glaze! Mix all the ingredient with a whisk – it’s important to use just the hard part of the coconut cream that separates in the can. Place in fridge to thicken until loaf is done
  • Once loaf is done, remove and let it cool. Spread your glaze across the top and enjoy!

  • 1 chai tea bag
  • creamy oat milk
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1-2 shots espresso
  • 1/4 cup iced coffee
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • chai spice powder (or cinnamon) to top it off

Instructions
 

  • steep your chai tea bag in the oat milk over the stove-top / low heat
  • After letting the bag steep for about 5 minutes, let cool and froth with collagen. You can use a hand-held frother or electric-frother
  • Pour espresso shots over ice and brown sugar. Follow with the iced coffee and top with the frothed chai oat milk!
  • Add a dash of cinnamon and enjoy
