  • 1 cup gala apple, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt


  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cold butter, cut into small cubes


  • Preheat oven 350F
  • Make your apple filling and transfer it to oven safe ramekin
  • Now mix together the topping and spread it across the apple mixture
  • Pop into the oven for 20-25 minutes
  • Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream
