
Gluten-Free Apple Crisp
Single serving apple crisp!
Ingredients
Filling
- 1 cup gala apple, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp arrowroot flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch salt
Topping
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp gluten free rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cold butter, cut into small cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350F
- Make your apple filling and transfer it to oven safe ramekin
- Now mix together the topping and spread it across the apple mixture
- Pop into the oven for 20-25 minutes
- Remove and serve with vanilla ice cream
