I get bored of the classic chicken recipes and wanted to try somethin’ a little different. Sweet, savory & SO simple. YUM. If you have leftovers you can store it your fridge for the rest of the week + it’s very versatile: eat as is, in a salad or put it in a wrap etc!

Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Lettuce Cups
Ingredients
- ½ tsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup mirin
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- toss in your cooked & chopped chicken until fully incorporated and bubbly
- cook rice on the side
- prepare lettuce cups
