Chocolate Covered Almonds
Ingredients
- Whole Raw Almonds
- coconut oil, melted
- chocolate chips, melted
- brown sugar
Instructions
- melt coconut oil & mix with almond
- pop into the freezer for 5-10 minutes
- while waiting for coconut oil to solidify, melt chocolate chips
- toss almonds in melted chocolate, sprinkle brown sugar and pop back into the freezer for 10-15 minutes
- remove and store in airtight bag in fridge! enjoyyy
