
Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter, softened (1 stick)
- ½ cup Cane Sugar
- 3 Overripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs, room temperature
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- 2 cups Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat loaf pan with cooking spray or lime with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter + sugar then add bananas, eggs, milk, vanilla and salt.
- Stir until fully combined. Lastly mix in dry ingredients.
- Transfer to loaf pan and bake for 60minutes. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
