
Green Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk greek yogurt
- 1 cup parsley leaves
- ¼ cup oregano leaves
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- ¼ cup fresh dill
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup scallions
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- black pepper salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into food processor or high power blender and blend until smooth. Keep in air-tight container in fridge
