Starting off the new year right with my favorite breakfast: OVERNIGHT OATS. Gluten-free, vegan and so versatile

Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup gluten-free oats
- ½ banana, mashed
- ½ – 1 cup cup of milk of choosing
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp frozen blueberries
- ¼ tsp cinammon
- add-ins: protein powder, collagen, nuts, chocolate
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to jar, mix thoroughly and store in fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings!
