Starting off the new year right with my favorite breakfast: OVERNIGHT OATS. Gluten-free, vegan and so versatile

Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup gluten-free oats
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • ½ – 1 cup cup of milk of choosing
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp frozen blueberries
  • ¼ tsp cinammon
  • add-ins: protein powder, collagen, nuts, chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to jar, mix thoroughly and store in fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings!
