Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped I save half to roll them in also
  • 1.5 cup gf rolled oats I used bobs red mill
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 1 scoop protein powder I used ancient nutrition

Optional Add-Ins

  • sunflower seeds
  • chia seeds
  • raisins
  • flaxseed
  • chopped almonds

Instructions
 

  • Bring dry + wet ingredients together – once full incorporated, roll into balls. I use a cookie scoop for measurement.
  • If your hands get sticky two different methods are: set in the fridge until cool or wet your hands a little bit before rolling so it doesn’t stick too much
  • Once you have all your balls you can roll themin extra chopped chocolate (optional)
  • Store in airtight container in the fridge!
