Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour If gf you can sub in Bob’s Red Mill gluten-free all-purpose
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 cup trail mix blend

Instructions
 

  • mix all ingredients thoroughly until full combined and lastly fold in trail mix
  • Transfer batter to greased waffle iron
  • Once done, remove and top with whatever you like!
