  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut almond milk I used Califiafarms
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut shreds
  • 1/2 Ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds add-in option
  • coconut yogurt for topping


  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  • Transfer to greased waffle iron
  • Remove and top with the coconut yogurt and whatever else you like!
