Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • chocolate chips optional
  • Peanut butter, honey and hemp hearts for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly except for toppings
  • If you choose to use chocolate chips – fold them in last
  • Transfer to greased waffle iron
  • Once done, remove and top with whatever you like!
