
Gluten Free Belgian Waffle
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- chocolate chips optional
- Peanut butter, honey and hemp hearts for topping
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly except for toppings
- If you choose to use chocolate chips – fold them in last
- Transfer to greased waffle iron
- Once done, remove and top with whatever you like!
