
Classic Gluten Free Waffle
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour I used Bob’s Red Mill
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- Transfer to greased waffle iron
- When done, remove and top with whatever you like!
