Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour I used Bob’s Red Mill
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any plant-based milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  • Transfer to greased waffle iron
  • When done, remove and top with whatever you like!
