  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 apple, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds optional
  • cinnamon + sugar for topping


  • combine all ingredients together except for cinnamon sugar mixture
  • Transfer to greased waffle maker
  • Once done, remove and toss in cinnamon sugar mixture
  • Great with sautéed apples on top too!
