Beet Hummus

Course Appetizer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 beet, chopped – peeled – boiled
  • 1 bag Angelic Bakehouse Zesty Lemon Crisps

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients until fully combined then top with whatever you like! Use the crisps for scooping. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box veggie burgers
  • sliced red onion
  • spinach
  • sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 bag Angelic Bakehouse 7 Sprouted Whole Grain Dinner Roles

Instructions
 

  • cook veggie burger over medium heat on stovetop. once done begin to stack and layer your slider inside the whole grain bun! Enjoy!

Fresh and Easy Tomato Bruschetta Crisps

  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • handful fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • pinch garlic powder
  • balsamic glaze for the drizzle
  • 1 bag Angelic Bakehouse Fig & Tarragon Vinaigrette Crisps

Instructions
 

  • add all ingredients together except for the glaze. Once fully combined scoop on top of savory crisp and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Enjoy!

“Ricotta” and Pesto Crisps

Ingredients
  

Cashew Ricotta

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight and drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp white miso
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp filtered water

Pesto

  • 1 tub Pesto from my local farmers market

Crisps

  • 1 bag Angelic Bakehouse Harissa & Green Chili Crisps

Instructions
 

  • for the ricotta: In a food processor, combine the cashews, garlic, lemon juice, miso, and salt. Blend until fully combined and adding water along the way to help the mixture come together. taste and adjust with seasoning if you need to! Scoop onto crisps and finish with a small dollop of pesto. Enjoy!

Caramelized Onion and Brie Crisps

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup caramelized onions All you do is cook in a pan over medium-high heat with olive oil until brown (add 1/4 tsp baking powder to speed up the process if needed)
  • brie cheese cut into strips
  • parsley
  • sea salt
  • 1 bag Angelic Bakehouse Pickled Sweet Onion Crisps

Instructions
 

  • place your brie cheese strips on top of savory crisps and broil until melted. Finish off by topping with the caramelized onion and sprinkled parsley. Enjoy!
